My stay at this so-called luxury hotel was nothing short of tragic. The electrics in my room failed, and instead of a gracious upgrade, I was shoved into a filty room with urine smells. Spa? More like smelly disaster. It’s a pity I almost thought of leaving a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Room maintenance is in dire need of attention!!! Broken amenities are common, while cleanliness issues in common areas diminish the overall experience. Proper air conditioning in facilities like the gym would greatly enhance comfort!!!

Staying here was fantastic! The heated pools were a delight, perfect for family fun, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. we found some dust around the bed corners, which was a bit disappointing. I’d definitely come back!

the location was really good, just a 10 min drive from the old town. the breakfast was super tasty and the rooms were comfy and spacious, i liked the little view of the pool. the staff were friendly, made us feel welcomed. also, loved the heated pools, perfect for chilling out.

the gym is too small and the equipment is outdated. also, we had a weird experience with a couple showing up in swimwear at the gym, which seemed inappropriate.
